  Samuel Allen is a true master of hospitality. I recently treated my friend and I to a spa day here. Samuel’s guidance transformed our visit from a routine beauty appointment into a seamless, elevated journey for her and I. He was incredibly accommodating and explained the amenities, making us feel completely at home. The spa is luxurious and relaxing with an ocean facing view. You can tell he truly cares about the comfort of the guest experience. He is the gold standard of care. We will be back next month.

  10/10. My sister and I had 90-minute deep tissue massages with highly skilled therapists. The treatment rooms overlooked the ocean. The spa itself was quaint but very clean and well decorated. The spa attendant on duty, Nadine, was very attentive and checked on us numerous times. She even came into the steam room to give us canned water. We will be back!

  So it’s hard to give 5 stars because the spa attendants overtly make the experience awkward, uncomfortable & they don’t want you there vibe is hard to ignore. Better believe I try to ignore it. I’ve never been checked on more by spa attendants ever . I’ve also come here many times & always have an off kilter feeling leaving. Like that was bizarre. They have mixed messaging the attendants don’t want you there every move you make it’s watched & no matter what private area you're in. I’ll get a knock on the door while I’m in the shower, she’ll find me in every room & not just glance but come over & bother me. It’s bizarre. There no respect or boundaries. I’ve paid money to use the area... the spa facilities. It’s apart of the purchase. If people are not allowed or wanted to use to rooms. Don’t offer it and I won’t spend $360. The massages therapists do a good enough job but though the massages tend to be good, they tend not be great or even close to great... more like everyone has a very different style and no consistency over all. The spa itself is gorgeous... so try it but expect to be monitored & as soon as you visit your locker anticipate her eagerness to wish you farewell. Honestly the sad thing is that I'm one of those guest who could stay here overnight easy. I personally prefer the 1hotels vibe more but when I come here and have bad experiences. It makes it So hard for me to feel excited about booking a room. It's like if I'm spending 2k a night. I need to treated like a high value guest no matter if I'm staying overnight or not. To be honest I won't be back. It's a very odd vibe here.
