    Manager and staff are so rude. It’s 11:07 and still not open and they are very rude when i asked why they weren’t opening the gates yet. There are 6 customers waiting out front. This is a disgrace and disrespectful and terrible customer service.

    Could not shop in peace. 5 sales associates were surrounding me. Truly pissed me off! Soon as I got in and sprayed perfume I saw the cashier staring me down. Already nervous because of the stigma of Sephora being racist and I most definitely experienced it today. I will continue to go to Ulta.

    Kevin was amazing! I called before coming in to ask about parking and the return policy, and he was so helpful and welcoming on the phone. When I got to the store, he recognized me right away and made the whole return process super easy. Truly great customer service and such a kind attitude!

    Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding an incident that occurred at a Sephora store located within your shopping complex. The shopping complex provides customers with wheeled baskets available for rent, enabling them to carry purchases conveniently and comfortably while shopping. During our visit, we entered multiple stores, including Armani, Lacoste, Karl Lagerfeld, Dolce & Gabbana, and Gucci. In each of these stores, staff members expressly permitted us to bring the wheeled baskets inside and requested only that they not be left outside. However, at the Sephora store, we were instructed to leave the basket outside the premises. When we sought clarification, a sales associate stated that the store bears no responsibility for any potential theft and further indicated indifference as to whether customers proceed with purchases. This effectively prevented us from entering the store with our belongings and discouraged us from making any purchases. Such conduct appears inconsistent with the general policies and customer service standards upheld throughout the shopping complex. Moreover, the dismissive attitude demonstrated by the staff member reflects a lack of basic customer care and undermines the reputation of both the store and the wider Sephora brand. This approach not only negatively impacts the customer experience but may also result in lost sales and diminished customer trust. It is particularly concerning that one tenant operates under practices that contradict the established norms of the entire complex. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate measures be taken to ensure consistent customer service standards across all stores within the complex. Please note that this complaint will also be forwarded to the management of the shopping complex, as the current situation reflects a broader issue of non-compliance with its policies.     So today I went to this store because I needed a new foundation so I decided to go to this store because I wanted them to help me choose the correct shade but before going there I went to many others store so I had many bags . I went with my toddler so I rented a cart so I didn’t know they didn’t allow it in the store, as soon as I walked in the store the lady in the front said IM SORRY MA’AM THAT CART ISNOT ALLOWED ON THE STORE I asked why and she simply said is not allowed anymore because the karts are too big. And me as a very patience person I totally understand what they’re talking about because even when I go with my stroller is very uncomfortable because the isles are too tight but the karts are a little wider than stroller HOWEVER I’m so disappointed because I just wanted to buy a foundation which means I was gonna spend money on it but NO , they decided to not let the karts go in the store instead of giving more space in the aisles. But whatever , I bet there’s plenty of people like me , but who losses ? The store ! 🤷‍♀️
