  The team at Mindy'a Wellness Center was very welcoming and professional. From the moment I walked through the door, Tammy was extremely polite and nice. Stephanie was my massage therapist. Before she began my massage therapy, she made sure to ask me about my back problems and took notes and gave me the opportunity to explain my pain and what areas were bothering me at that specific time. When the massage was over, she had targeted every area of my back that had been causing my normal pain. I have accepted that my back issue is part of my daily life until, if or when, I decide to have back surgery. But to have that moment of relief in my back that Stephanie was able to provide was very well appreciated. Thank you all for being so professional and for doing a great job.

  Amazing massage. Definitely helped loosen my lower back muscles up from being so tight. Definitely returning for more.

  Stephanie is absolutely amazing. Honestly, just ask for Stephanie 😂 Everyone here is great, but she somehow found spots that had me more relaxed than I’ve felt in probably 20 years. I walked out feeling like a completely different person. The whole experience was fantastic, and I would recommend this place to anyone. I’ll definitely be back!
