  I highly recommend Melissa. She always gives me a good cut, understanding well what I want. She suggested more layers for my curly hair, and it turned out so well. I have even had people stop me in the grocery store to say they liked my hair.

  Came here following my stylist KELLY LEEBELT, she moved from za^ salon to her own beautiful space here. If you are looking for amazing blondes and color, book her! I adore her!

  Paid almost $300 with tip for Jessie James to do a dark red hair color. I even showed pictures and the color was supposed to be a very deep red. She made it super bright and fiery instead. I messaged her about it and she offered to redo it, which I appreciated, but after redoing it, it looked the exact same. I asked for a refund and she refused. Instead she told me to come back again even though I don’t live close, and when she redid it again it still didn’t look anything like what I asked for. I asked for a refund again and she denied it, saying she spent too much time (even though I asked for a refund in the first place). I also reached out to the Salon Lofts manager and nothing was done. It was just a terrible experience and it ruined my trust in Salon Lofts completely.
