Life happened (I have to be sole caretaker of a family member) and I’m moving so I won’t be able to use it. So I asked for a refund. The owner, Katherine, refused to provide me a refund and even with me not using the microneedling package. I am stuck paying off for a package I won’t be using. I guess they are very desperate for money. Horrible customer service and truly sad to be writing such a bad review. The only option they gave me was to use it for a credit towards another service ignoring the fact that my issue is I’m moving. They don’t work with you. Don’t be fooled. My grandfather is in hospice and I couldn’t get a refund. Stay far away.
