It was absolutely horrible and disgusting experience. I’m not going to write down the whole story but the customer service in this store is awful. At the check out was a woman, (named Molly) is extremely Unprofessional and Unbelievably Rude. A Super Nasty Individual. You should be ashamed. I will definitely call to corporate customer service regarding her. Shame on you Molly.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
