- CCCass2 days ago1.0Wow, is all I can say. I made an appointment online, but apparently it did not go through in their system. I called to let them know I was running a few minutes behind, and the young lady on the phone told me they could not find the appointment. I explained that I was about five minutes from my car and still had about a five-minute drive there. She told me it was not an issue because they had nothing booked and said she was putting me into the system to hold the appointment spot. When I arrived, the stylist did not acknowledge me at first walked awarly and then came back and told me she had another appointment and could take me afterwards because I was “10 to 15 minutes late.” I explained that I was never 15 minutes late. She then changed it to 10 minutes. What confused me most was that the receptionist never spoke up to explain that she had just added me into the system to hold a spot and told me it would not be a problem. I understand things can happen, but the way the situation was handled made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. First impressions matter, especially in a business where clients are trusting someone with their appearance. After that interaction, I chose not to stay because I would not feel comfortable having someone with that attitude doing my hair.
