  I was recommended to visit JCP’s salon, and tried out their new stylist Kyra. Let me just say, it was the most wonderful experience I have had! She listened to all my hair cut, styling, and coloring wants, and executed the vision perfectly! I got a full head of highlights, olaplex, toning, and cut services! I am thrilled with my experience, and I truly recommend others to try out the salon! Shout out Kyra, thank you for your amazing work!

  Guys I've been here previous. Brought.my mother many times when she was alive. Just had my haircut at the other location literally just few miles from this one. $25. Just finished with this one. Lori is thinknher name was. Spent literally 2 or 3 minutes barely trimming. $35. Did not wash or anything. No scissors. Just clipper few spots. The 25. Hair cut in Countryside at least washed dried and took the time. Only go here if you want to be hustled.... tipped her 10. Do not go here. I mange a live tv network and will let everyone know as well.

  I was hesitant to come back but wanted to try again and honestly really needed a trim up. I am the type that just wants it when I need it, wash, cut, and blow dry only. I was hoping to get a new stylist from the last about 1-2 years ago.... unfortunately, they gave me the same. Not totally their fault they didn't know until now that i didnt like her. But I wont be back. To describe my experience, the entire hour start-to-payment is uncomfortable pushing by the stylist of products and additional services. At the very beginning, while washing my hair, pushing the shampoo and an eyebrow wax. My child was waiting with my sister in the waiting room, its not fair to her to add time on my service and I told her this. She kept pushing highlights after which would take hours. She saw that last time I canceled a keratin treatment with her, its because last time she pushed so hard that I made the appointment that I didnt really want. I dont want to add the stylists name and shame her, but my hope is this review will give her constructive criticism. When someone says No, and looks uncomfortable or goes quiet, its a Hard. NO. Do not keep pushing!! Also, my bill was more than she said... she said the base is $53, and a $10 charge for a blow dry I think, but my bill was $83. I dont care, I just wanted to leave.

  I absolutely love coming to this salon because of the employees and comfortable environment. Rene is my hairdresser and she is amazing! If you need color, a cut, or a style I recommend checking out his salon and asking for Rene!!
