  Mimi is great. The atmosphere was warm, friendly and inviting. I love the new look. Mimi was very friendly and took her time making me feel comfortable. The other two girls that were there today, I did not get their names but they were amazing too. They took the time to guide Mimi in styling my hair. I got at least 6 in Cut Off and they showed me how to enhance my curls. I love it! thank you

  We visited Hair Cuttery this past Saturday and had a wonderful experience. We were there for bang cuts and the stylists were very receptive to the photos we showed them of what we wanted. The stylist for the first person's bang cut got it exactly right and we were so happy. Ginger, our stylist for the second person went above and beyond, she cut the bangs and also fixed the pieces closest to the face so they blended properly with the bangs. She was so kind and we appreciate her expertise and for making us look amazing.

  Mandy has done my hair twice (both coloring). I want to let her know she did an amazing job and I do love my hair now. She did all she could to make sure I could be happy with the color I wanted, and when it didnt work out, she gave me options to fix it. She's very kind and I would be happy to come back here. Also, Mimi did my hair once- she also did a great job!

  I had such a wonderful experience with Lia ! She did my color and haircut, and the color came out absolutely perfect. She pays incredible attention to detail and takes the time to make sure everything is just right. Lia is not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but she also has such a wonderful personality. She is kind, patient, and genuinely cares about her clients and the work she does. You can tell she truly loves what she does. I am so happy with my hair and will definitely be coming back to Lia. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented, professional, and caring hairstylist! ❤️

  I booked an appointment online for my daughter, and the ‘signature’ service was listed as $32. When we arrived, I was not informed that there would be an additional charge because her hair was considered “long.” Her hair was only about 2 inches past mid-back, and that’s all the stylist ended up cutting off. No complicated cut, no layers, just 2 inches off the length. I honestly don’t understand why the length of the hair warrants such a significant upcharge when the actual service performed was essentially the same haircut. I was then asked if I wanted her hair blow-dried. I said yes, assuming this was part of finishing the haircut. I was not told that blow-drying would be an additional $13 charge. What should have been a $32 haircut ended up being $73 for approximately 45 minutes in the chair. My biggest issue isn’t necessarily the cost—it’s that none of these additional charges were clearly explained to me before the services were performed. If there are surcharges for hair length or additional charges for blow-drying, customers should be told upfront so they can make an informed decision. When asked why it was communicated, she simply said ‘oh my bad, I forgot, I’ve been so busy today.’ Had I known the final price would be $73, I absolutely would have reconsidered the services. I’m very disappointed because this could have easily been avoided with better communication and transparency about pricing. I should have taken her to my salon downtown where I’m charged $60 an hour no matter the service. I’ve now learned my mistake with places like this.
