- CWChris WelchMay 6, 20262.0I found the lady chris... older lady Grey hair and glasses to be rude and condescending. Rude to me at first and then got an attitude with a 12 year old boy cause he wasn't sure what style he wanted... she then suggested a style that she looked up on her phone and showed him he said no to it she then took her phone threw it into her cabinet by her chair and slammed the door and walk away saying you have to let me know. Then proceeded to tell us at least 10 times that she cut hair for 30 years but isn't good at guessing... let me remind you he's 12... she may have cut hair for 30 years and the cut came out good but her customer service was terrible. Then while cutting his hair an older gentleman came in and was having problems with the sign in through his website... she looked very annoyed at having to deal with him even rolling her eyes when he went out to check if he signed in at the right location... just a bad experience from the minute we walked in to the minute we left... the other lady who took care of his mom was very sweet. I think if Chris is that annoyed to be there maybe she shouldn't be there anymore.
- LGLisa GonzalezMay 4, 20263.0My hairstylist was awesome, the Asian lady with the medium brown hair and shoulder length. She was kind, attentive, efficient and patient with my toddler. The other bitter older women although, all need some training in customer service and communication skills because the condescending way they speak to each other is incredibly rude and does not create an environment that encourages customers to want to return. Especially the stylist that was speaking negatively about her own daughter to her customer, on how she’s no longer “bank of mom” and she’s so ready to kick her kid out the house. The conversation was very inappropriate especially since I was there with my own daughter. Keep it light, keep it positive and be kind. Your line of work is customer service.

- PPPilotJan 30, 20262.0All of your people do a great haircut. However, they "forget" to give the customer their discount & offer no receipt to show they forgot the discount. So if you are getting a discount, ask for a receipt.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
