    Seemed like the gal was new or scared to make an error… I asked for an Inch and always tell them I was in Military so not scared if they even go more than an inch… but in this case what it looked like in the salon was like I hardly even been touched once ai got home… looked as if I got a slight trim is all and will have to get another haircut very soon…

    Loved my cut by Jessica! I usually go between a couple of hair stylists in Viera (based on schedule/availability), and had to change due to the high prices for a cut/trim. Jessica provided the same quality as the Viera stylists, at half the cost. Highly recommend!!!

    This was genuinely the worst haircut I’ve ever had. I noticed they were running a deal for first time customers getting $20 dollar haircuts. So I thought to my self, ‘man that’s a great deal, I’ll get a quick easy haircut.’ I walk in and I’m immediately sat, which was nice. I tell the person cutting my hair what I want, ‘clean up the sides and take a a quarter inch off the top.’ Little to my knowledge this was a grave mistake. She pushed up the sides of my hair so high that it makes my head look like a square. She also took wayyyyy more than a quarter inch off the top. Probably took 2-3 inches off. Ruined the way my hair flowed by thinning it completely wrong. Also pushed up the back side of my hair line and chopped my side burns. The lady was very nice though, I’ll give her that. I had to go to Craft Cuts Barber right down the street to get some of it fixed and made it look so much better, but not what it should be. I’m now considering buzzing my hair because i genuinely look like a chud now. Even though i only spent $20 I wish I could have my money back. PLEASE do not go here unless you also want to look like a chud. Edit: This place has only responded to positive reviews without addressing my review. If you cannot take constructive criticism you should not be able to run a business. I find it crazy that a business can “get away” with leaving the customer unhappy without addressing it. All I was looking for was an “I’m sorry,” but I guess they are too stubborn to do so.
