    Pretty good service for the times we have came to get haircuts. However, my only complaint is the prices being charged for wash/cut/basic blow dry are the same prices I have paid in South Tampa private salons.

    I paid $200 for a cut, color, and gloss, and unfortunately I left very disappointed. I showed inspiration photos for my bangs, but they looked nothing like what I requested. During the color service, dye ended up all over my skin and even stained my clothing despite wearing a cape. What bothered me most was the professionalism. I was left with my back hanging over the shampoo bowl while my stylist went outside to smoke. I’m very sensitive to cigarette smoke, and when she returned she smelled strongly of it. She also spent part of my appointment talking about arguments with her partner and fighting in front of their minor child, which made me uncomfortable. I also paid extra for a gloss, but there was no noticeable shine or difference afterward. Despite following excellent aftercare and using color-safe products, the color faded dramatically in just two weeks. For $200, I expected a much higher level of service, professionalism, and results. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this salon based on my experience.

    Richard took care of my 91 year old mom’s hair today. She came in for a hair cut & he was great! Washed her hair, cut it & styled it. She looked & felt refreshed! Richard was very considerate of mom’s needs; very patient, understanding & kind in general. All around an awesome stylist. We will be back! Thanks!

    I came in on the w tong day of my appointment and they for me right in. Richard was fantastic! He was friendly and did such a good job. He made sure that I understood how much change what I asked for would be. I love it!

    I absolutely did not get what I asked for. I asked for collarbone length haircut and it’s up over my shoulders and the blonde is not even close to the picture that I showed him very disappointed. I was trying to find somewhere closer in the area, but this was not acceptable.
