Then I was finally scheduled with Emily—and she completely turned everything around. She took the time to really listen, assess what had been done, and thoughtfully work with what she had (which was no easy task). Her attention to detail, skill, and care were immediately obvious. Not only did she fix the unevenness, but she shaped and styled it in a way that honestly exceeded my expectations. I walked out feeling like myself again—confident and so happy with my hair. I’m incredibly grateful for her expertise and professionalism, especially given the situation she stepped into. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about the outcome, she’s the one to see. Thank you for saving my hair!

Unfortunately, she wasn’t there today, so we were assigned to another stylist - Wanda - (she wears glasses and had a very unfriendly attitude from the start). My son showed her the haircut he wanted, but the final result looked nothing like what he asked for. When I pointed this out, instead of taking responsibility, she blamed him and said that “his hair was shorter,” which makes no sense because she should have communicated that before starting the haircut and set the right expectations. It was a very frustrating experience. What bothered me even more was that, despite the poor result and the attitude, she was clearly expecting a tip. Very disappointed. See for yourself. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
