    Very happy with Amy. I’ve been using the same stylist in another shop for many years. My stylist was not available and I needed to have my haircut ASAP. Amy did a fantastic job, very personable, and made me feel very comfortable. Liked her a lot.

    Kathy colored my teen daughter's curly hair. She was nervous about the financial investment & how it would turn out, but Kathy listened to what my teen was hoping to achieve and Kathy absolutely made it happen! My daughter is thrilled and feels confident heading back to school. Two enthusiastic thumbs up! 👍👍

    The Hairdresser poked me in my eye, sprayed leave in conditioner in my eye, poked me in the neck with her fingernail, and then dropped the brush on my head. It was a nightmare. I will never go back. And owner says accidents happen!! Four accidents in one Sitting terrible??? uneven long bang butchered . Haircut uneven I knew walking in, it was a bad idea. (My fault)

    I brought my daughter in for a last minute haircut before school. i asked if she had time to put blonde money pieces in my daughters bangs, she said yes. i should have known by the way she was applying the color that it was going to be awful. the first picture is before toner, when i asked if she had toned her hair and she said no, that it will lighten when it dries. i asked her to tone my daughters hair, she says yes but had to ask another stylist how to process the hair and how long to leave it on for. at this point i am concerned for the integrity of my daughters hair. i pay, and leave. i did receive $24 back for the color that was used, however i believe i should have received a full refund for how terribly she ruined my daughters hair. thankfully i found a stylist willing to take my daughter with a 12 hour notice and fixed her hair. she had to color her entire head, bleach her hair again, tone her hair properly … to get it to look beautiful again. we have to go back in 12 weeks to see if they can lift the rest of the orange out of her hair because they could not get it to lift without ruining my daughters hair. they offered to have me come in and fix their mistake, i denied as the stylist had already ruined her hair and let her walk out with it looking like this. VERY unhappy.
