    I brought an elderly friend there today for a haircut. I’m so thankful we had Kel’c as our stylist. She was amazing and treated my 83 year old friend with so much compassion and patience Such a kind human being. Her new hairstyle looked amazing and made her feel so special.

    My mom & l went to the Port Orange Pavillion Hair Cuttery to have basic hair service done...Our favorite Hair Stylist ROSE we were told no longer worked at the Port Orange Pavillion Hair Cuttery & we were on the hunt for a great new Hair Stylist like Rose!!! My mom could not longer take her hair getting into her eyes so she told me just call any where and make me a hair appointment as soon as possible! So l tried calling the Port Orange Pavillion Hair Cuttery to set up an appointment with another hair stylist! Well to my very pleasant surprise Ms Rose answered the phone & l was so surprised but very happy!!! I immediately made a hair appointment for my mother and l!!! We just came back home from having Rose cut & style our hair and as usual Ms. Rose did a great hairstyle job on both of us!!! I can't give Rose the justice she deserves for her talented hair cutting knowledge & styling knowledge! We are both very happy that Rose is back to cut & style hair at the Port Orange Pavillion Hair Cuttery & l can't recommend Rose if you need a good hairstylist!!!     I never leave bad reviews, but my experience here was disappointing. While I take responsibility for my part in what happened with my hair, I was not expecting to be treated so dismissively when I expressed my concerns. A few of the stylists came across as rude and made me feel like I was overreacting simply because I wasn’t happy with the results. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. I will not be returning.
