- LJLaurie JohnsonMay 16, 20261.0Very disappointed with the overall upkeep of Salon Lofts lately. The ongoing AC issues have made appointments uncomfortable for both clients and stylists, and it doesn’t seem to be treated with any urgency. On top of that, the cleanliness of the common areas and facilities has noticeably declined. For the amount tenants already pay, basic maintenance and cleanliness should be a priority, not an afterthought. Adding parking charges now feels like the final straw. Charging extra while the property conditions continue to go downhill is frustrating and leaves the impression that management is more focused on collecting fees than improving the experience for the people who actually work there and their clients.
- MSMs. SmithJun 1, 20235.0The place is beautiful, I rent a suite from Studio Elements. My clients love it here and there is parking available. The management is fantastic here as well and very prompt when issues come up.
