    I stopped into the Hair Cuttery as a walk-in for a basic trim. The discount for new clients was a steal, especially for what I got. Carla was the stylist, and she was amazing. Her attention to detail, even on what is probably considered a basic service for stylists, was obvious from the start and she made sure to get my middle part just right. I really appreciate that she treated my hair and my trim with such care!

    I was at Supercuts with an appointment hey let me sit there for a half hour while they took other people I will never go there again I am now going to go into this hair Cuttery every time I need a haircut nice people great service and a wonderful cut

    This is the second time I've had Marissa as a stylist and BOTH times she has completely messed up my my cut. She does not listen to what I day and just starts cutting. My hair is short and I have a specific cut. Each time she has messed it up and u have to grow it out to FIX it. She has no personality and seems bothered by doin her job. If I come back there I WILL NOT let her touch my hair. She has almost ruined my experience.

    Got a text message saying the “we missed you” and offered a 50% off promo if I was to schedule an appointment. So, I made an appointment and was given a promo code only to be told by the store manager at checkout, that she cannot honor the code and that these codes are sent out by AI through the corporate office and there was nothing she could do to honor the promo code. When I asked for the corporate's number she said she didn’t have it and told me to find it and call and handed me a business card with the store phone number on it. When I explained that this is false advertising and told her I would be calling the better business bureau, she shrugged her shoulders and said she could do nothing about it. So, I told her I wouldn’t be giving her a tip for her services and she should ask corporate for it. Because if you don’t care about me, I find it very difficult for me to care about you. Luckily, I was able to contact corporate and they indicated that they would be issuing me a refund within 48 hours. I guess there is still a chance for a resolution before I go to the BBB. To be continued….
