- GGGinaApr 22, 20261.0Look through the comments and look at how many people have left bad reviews most of them are about and because of manager Nicole M, she profiles customers , makes fun of them and ruins their experience I’ve come to this store multiple and I know and it’s known that even employees have left because of her, great ones at that too. She should not be a manager , let alone an employee in this store. I’ve even heard her brag to employees about things the store gives her that she doesn’t use.. she’s a big problem in this store and ruined my experience let alone, mothers and daughters experience which are stated in previous Sephora reviews literallly stating her name. She goes against every principle that Sephora stands for
