  Kat was so helpful !! I literally came in for a piercing change. Ended up switching another piercing out & getting a brand new one. She made everything super easy & gave me all the advice I needed to keep it clean. Thank you sm! Will be back !

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience at Rowan Ear Piercing in Pembroke Gardens! The entire space was beautiful, extremely clean, and welcoming, and the staff made the whole process feel easy and fun. They were very informative, took the time to explain everything, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the piercing process. I also loved the jewelry selection and how much attention they paid to placement and detail. Such a fun experience from beginning to end — I would absolutely go back and highly recommend Rowan to anyone considering a new piercing! 💎✨

  I had an amazing experience getting my piercings done here. The place was clean, welcoming, and immediately put me at ease. Kezia was incredible—very professional, kind, and thorough. She explained the entire process clearly and asked all the right questions to make sure I was comfortable and ready. I walked in without an appointment, and she helped me book one right away. Highly recommend her and this studio.

  I felt extremely comfortable and well cared for throughout my entire experience. The staff are knowledgeable LPNs and RNs who were professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. Their customer service was exceptional from beginning to end. The facility was exceptionally clean, sterile, and well maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming, relaxing, and professional. You can tell that they genuinely care about providing a safe, high-quality experience for their clients. I would highly recommend their services to anyone of any age looking for compassionate, professional care in a clean and comfortable environment.   Review I had such a wonderful experience at Rowan at Pembroke! Nurse Corali pierced my 2-and-a-half-month-old daughter’s ears, and she did an absolutely amazing job. She was so gentle, patient, and caring throughout the entire process, which made me feel completely comfortable having my baby in her hands. The piercings look beautiful and were done so carefully and evenly. I truly appreciate the care and professionalism she showed, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize her. Thank you, Corali, for making this such a positive experience for my daughter! ❤️
