  If you’re looking for the best piercer at Rowan, ask for Jaylina! You are truly in the best hands with her. She did my 3rd holes and my mid helix, and I am SO happy with how everything turned out. She was patient, professional, gentle, and made the whole experience so comfortable from start to finish. My piercings look amazing and healing beautifully. I can’t recommend her enough if you want someone who genuinely cares and does incredible work!

  Kat was wonderful, my daughter is turning 5 this year and has been showing interest in getting her ears pierced and wanted to see mommy get one. I got a double helix done and Kat was not only helpful for me, but also answered all of my daughters questions and showed her the entire process. We will be returning in the future.

  We had an amazing experience at Rowan today! From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Kat pierced both my son’s ears and mine, and she was absolutely fantastic. She carefully explained the entire process, reviewed all the hygiene and aftercare details, and made us feel completely comfortable every step of the way. She also took the time to help us choose the perfect jewelry and placement, which made the experience feel very personalized and thoughtful. I only wish I had found Rowan sooner, I’ll never go anywhere else for piercings again and already plan on coming back for more! I wish Rowan had been around when my daughter got her ears pierced. The difference in quality, care, and professionalism is unmatched. I highly recommend Rowan to anyone considering a piercing, truly, don’t go anywhere else!

  Great experience at Rowan’s. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. Everything was super clean and welcoming, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. They took the time to answer all questions and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and high quality experience.

  New piercing shop just opened in Shops at Pembroke Gardens. “Medical-grade piercings by licensed nurses in a safe and welcoming environment.” I’ve seen the store and immediately thought of our friend who has a kid named Rowan. So naturally I had to take a photo and send to her. Rowan is located next to Victoria’s Secret and Pink in the shopping center. Aerie is opening soon right next door too. I checked out the store as I wanted to see what they were all about. Looks like they are celebrating their grand opening as they had goody bags and small swag. Rowan is a high level piercing option for anyone who wants piercings done by professionals, nurses more specifically. How smart. I’m always so hesitant to get piercings for my girls at Claire’s Boutique and didn’t realize there are so many other options out there. This is good to know for future add on piercings. Our teenage girls keep trying to get more and more ear piercings! Ha. Now I know where to take them. I was inquiring about a special backing we needed for my daughter who had a piercing done in California and we just need a new backing. Unfortunately they only offer backings that fit their earrings so maybe we just need to get new earrings for her. The two young ladies working were very friendly and helpful. The space is very simple and modern with a fun vibe. They have private rooms in the back area where they do the piercings. Cool space and just fun! Will bring my girls back for their next piercing request. Prices are fair.
