First photo is what i wanted, last one is what I got. My experience was horrible, my hair stylist cut my hair more than I wanted, which my hair length is very important to me due to the fact that my ends were chemotherapy curls which I told her I did not want gone (and told her the reason) but she went ahead and cut it anyways. She did not know what she was doing while dyeing my hair. She left the bleach for way too long while dyeing the rest of my hair black and then continued to tell me it was damaged from the last time I bleached it which was almost a year ago and not even at this store. I take very good care of my hair and i hadn’t cut it since i grew it back which i again told her but she continued to blame it on me. When washing my hair she never used a conditioner but then would tell me when drying/brushing it that i need a good conditioner so it didn’t get tangled and tried to show me how to brush my hair, i think she thought i was a teen but even if i was she shouldn’t be treating customers in this way like they are clueless. She let the black bleed into the bleach when washing it and told me it would look better with just blue anyways which at that point, I just wanted to leave because it was not anywhere close to what I wanted. I tried to take a look in the mirror, which she had me facing away from, and she turned me back around telling me i would see it when she was done??She made a complete mess of the black dye and it got all over my face and ears, even my hands, which i couldn’t even see cause i was faced away from the mirror and i had take off my glasses to make it easier for her; she told me she would wipe it after she was done but by then i would have been completely blue, another hair stylist had to get a color remover and helped me wipe it off my face. Another customer and stylist had to even point it out and they honestly laughed in disbelief at the mess she was making which was embarrassing. My stylist tried to help wipe it off later but she was holding my head and rubbing my scalp so hard, it was sore after the appointment, she even wiped it over my eye and it started irritating my eye. When she was dyeing my hair she had my head all the way back, pulling on my hair and she would just keep telling me “all for beauty right” as if that makes up for it. Hair stylists should not be treating their real life customers as if they are mannequins. If you have stylists who do not know how to bleach and color hair well, you should not be letting them take customers. I spent way too much for something I did not want and a cut I did not want. I honestly felt defeated as soon as she started cutting my hair but I held out hope that she would at least get the color right. My fault for trusting that she knew what she was doing, if she had told me at the start when I showed her the picture that she couldn’t do it, then i would’ve been totally okay with that, but she didn’t. She had to ask other stylists how to do the color (which she still didn’t understand) and to be honest if the others saw she was not getting/doing what i wanted i don’t know why they didn’t stop her and take over.

Had a great experience. Took my grandson for a haircut and found them to be very accommodating, friendly, professional & fast! We were in & out! My grandson hates getting his haircut and usually complains the whole time, but when we walked out of there today all he kept saying was “I like this haircutting place!” We will definitely be a returning customer!!
