  Went in first thing on a Monday morning and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kara was my stylist and was kind, professional, and gave me exactly the cut I asked for. Definitely a 10/10!

  Passsive aggressive. The unfriendliness, you can’t be friendly towards Maitlyn. She’s already snooped around on yelp. I came in once and spoke with Rhonda, who was very kind and polite. I called and spoke on the phone with a lady who was very kind and polite, but I told her since Rhonda had suggested to stick with Caitlin that I would do that. She never returned my calls, as I was told. I guess she was wasting her research on yelp reviews. She has no consideration for the reason for the yelp reviews. That my hair was fried at another hairstylist, and the owner of the salon retaliated on me without ever even seeing my hair in the first place. I have been turned purple at a salon, went back to have it corrected. Kindly, the style list wasn’t there. I was at another salon about five years ago, I was put in the bowl to rinse and soak with a toner while the stylist left the salon and went to Starbucks and my hair was completely fried and turned brown. I have had countless texting marathons where I never even met a human being, and she just sat there so passively aggressive. I walked in, because it’s a “walk-in” place and I happen to be in the area. She was sitting in the desk, seemingly pleasant but quite casual. First, we discussed an appointment, then she said she didn’t have time to even do a cut OK. Well, maybe we can do a cut and then you could analyze the color as they had suggested Kaitlyn, said to me “I’m not doing your hair because of your Yelp reviews. 🙄 A true professional and businesswoman, would vandalize that and wonder how can I make this better for this lady. She never flinched. Her body language said it all. I continue to kindly politely say so you’re making a judgment on yelp reviews? She said well you brought it up. I said yes because the previous style is that I did very well with worked here, but she has horrible texting an appointment abilities. And every stylist in every salon and even where she works now knows that. And that style is still has a five star review because her work with my hair was fabulous. But her business side and being able to keep up with her clientele and texting fall short. As I continue to not raise my voice, to be polite, she still never moved a muscle as her passive, aggressive, arrogant smile, then she started saying this is why I won’t do your hair. I said why? Because you’re acting like this“ I said, trying to speak with you about my hair in person, versus yelp or what other stylist and gossips have turned into? She just kept grinning. She never flinched. She was hateful with a smirk. Don’t bother. Eventually it will be you. Hold him bachelors degree in communication and working with the public and Sales, conflict resolution. Customer retention. I’m a former major account manager, I sold wireless communications, I’ve sold television advertising. And I have to deal with a little girl smirking at me at a walk-in My life and my Hair life was perfectly great until hurricane Michael and the stylist that I was with for years. I did not turn my hair purple I did not turn my hair all brown and fry it. I also did not fry my hair when I was calling back to a salon saying is there a products that I can come get, or should you ask my stylist. My stylist didn’t know because everything she had to do was through text. If this is how Kaitlyn makes her decisions on gossip and my truthful Yelp reviews and gossip- beware. Small minds talk about other people, great minds have great ideas. I’ve survived 2 strokes, a 6 yr wait for Hurricane Michael claim, lost my home, hospitalized 6 days for serious GI problems. I was kind. Polite. Albeit when I’ve stepped in or called. There’s a very popular salon did a great job, but their products didn’t work on my hair. We parted on great terms. Won’t buy hair product from there anymore definitely. Contrary to how rude she was being an accusing me as I was standing there, smiling and a lady behind me. She tried so hard to aggravate me. I parted ways on great terms with some five star people whose Color line simply didn’t work on me

  Had res. But walked right in. Nice cut. Senior rate was a few bucks higher than expected but no real complaint.
