Very knowledgeable about blondes and grey coverage. Her assistants are always very good and I receive an excellent shampoo experience with an awesome head massage. Michelle seems to be very meticulous about highlighting my hair. And haircuts are always perfect too. The salon is a pleasant place to be for the hours long hair appointments. The front end staff have always been very professional and helpful. Appointments are texted to insure not missing them. Very helpful. - Tracy B
