    Bernie had us waiting in the waiting room for 30 minutes past our scheduled time because she was talking with a coworker. We had a 1 year old that she clearly saw us trying to keep tamed while waiting and when we brought it to her coworkers attention the coworker said “Bernie did you know you have clients waiting” and she responded with “oh yes sorry I’m coming”…30 minutes mind you!

    Called to see if they had availability. They said yes. I said it would take 10 minutes. They said ok. I arrive and they then tell me that I would have to come back in over an hour.

It's clear that she loves her work, and extends the utmost professionalism, skill, and artistry when working with her clients. She is always a genuinely nice person and makes her clients feel comfortable during the process with friendly conversation. I love my cut and color! Thank you Elyssa!

    Possibly the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had. I walked in about 5 minutes before my appointment, the woman at the front desk was on her personal phone. Her attitude was overall just strange, she seemed annoyed at my presence. About 10 minutes later she came and got me while I was looking at products, and it turns out she was the one cutting my hair. I asked for a wolfcut with bangs, but specified I did not want to look “helmety” as I have a wide face. She acted like she completely understood, and then proceeded to make me look like I was wearing a helmet made of my own hair. She didn’t use thinning shears a single time (keep in mind I asked for a wolfcut) and the conversation the entire time felt one sided and just awkward. I went to a different salon and got it fixed, and I look the best I ever have now.

    Stephanie was wonderful and took her time with my hair to make sure that I got the best haircut for me. I would give her more thatn 10 stars if that was possible!!!
