    Well… my daughter stole my hair appointment, and after seeing the results, I can’t even be mad 😂 Marissa spent over an hour with her and was so patient, thorough, and genuinely kind. She made my daughter feel so comfortable and took the time to make sure every detail was just right. My daughter walked out absolutely beaming with confidence. Thank you, Marissa, for making my daughter’s day and giving her such a wonderful experience. We can’t recommend you enough!

    I woke up and decided I needed a haircut today. So, I chose Hair Cuttery for the convenient location but more importantly from the great reviews I read. The place is clean and everyone is so nice from being greeted as soon as you walk in to all the stylists and it is just a wonderful calm atmosphere.

    I really don't like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience wasn't a good one. I asked for a simple trim—nothing complicated. My hair ended up being cut very unevenly, and my undercut wasn't checked for longer pieces that were left behind. When I got home, I had to finish cutting the missed sections myself and even out the ends to make my hair look and feel more manageable. I was disappointed because I expected a basic trim to be done with more attention to detail.

    This was my second time with Hannah. The first time she did a partial highlight, wash, cut and blow dry and she did a great job! I was very happy. The services that I scheduled for state that the appointment timeframe is an hour and a half. The first time, she was done within that time frame. However, my second appointment took 3 hours, even though I scheduled for the exact same thing as the first appointment. I'm not exactly sure why, but on my second appointment she did my color differently, which I'm not as happy with, nor am I as happy with my cut. Lastly, because of the time being so lengthy, she also ran into a conflict with her next customer and had to get one of her colleagues to do my blow dry. Regardless, I do plan to go back to her in hopes that she can replicate what she previously did on my first appointment. Otherwise, I am very happy with her services.
