  The Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach is such a special place, it truly feels like a little slice of paradise. The spa is beautiful and luxurious, with all the amenities, and my massage was one of the best I’ve ever had. What made it even more memorable was the service. The concierge thoughtfully handled a special request, and the team went above and beyond to make my birthday feel truly special. A wonderful, elevated experience all around.

  I had a facial today with Olga. Olga is the best I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond with her kindness and joy. If you go see Olga your soul will be at peace.

  I honestly can’t believe this place isn’t rated 5 stars already! I’m extremely particular about massages, and the Beach Break massage (head, neck, and shoulders with salt hot stones) was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The therapist completely relieved my neck tension—he was kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. The spa itself is stunning, with a beautiful entrance wall and a calming vibe from the moment you walk in. The relaxation lounges have teas, snacks, and water, and the hot tub area—with its gentle fountain and chilled lavender towels—felt like pure heaven. I’m already dreaming about coming back and would seriously fly here again just for another massage.

  Worst experience on my birthday might I had. I am not one for writing reviews but it was recommended that I do. Called them on my birthday 3 hours before my appointment that I was running late( they have a 4 hour policy) I asked if I could reschedule, they refuse to give me the option and told me I would be charged 100% for the service if I cancel, I don’t do spa’s often this was a treat for myself and this was unheard of. I then try my best to make it. I was traveling out of town, and I made them aware I will be late. They would only give me a 30 min massage but charge me for the full 80 min that was booked because I was late and they couldn’t move the appointment for me. No welcoming no help accommodating me at all. The manager Andrea was very stand offish wouldn’t look me in my face kept looking behind me to another manager behind me that was literally peeking through a door. I couldn’t see who she was looking at, at the time, only until he walked out through that door, not even acknowledging me since he clearly was ease dropping the conversation. It was just all wrong and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such treatment. I wasn’t rude at all to her, didn’t even raise my voice or anything, I was just questioning the check, she put charges on the check that wasn’t mine. I told her to correct it and only put the fees on for services I received. Which worked out to the correct amount at the end. I would’ve paid $200 more based on whatever calculations she had made on the check trying to convince me it worked out the same. Never once apologized. I feel so disappointed for the amount money I spent compared to the service I got. Nice place and the massage ladies were nice but just not worth the experience I received. I tried to reschedule so I could get my full 80 that I was charged for and they wouldn’t help , I even asked them to shorted my facial instead. The manager Andrea kept telling me everyone was fully booked. Then the lady that did my facial that was scheduled at 2pm (50min) which was right after my massage tells me she has time because her next appointment is not until 4:30pm.
