There’s no professionalism at all. placing their Venmo for you to tip them when you finish even though you spent thousands on the actual treatment. Terrible customer service no manager on site. No communication about changes to laser. Highly unprofessional service. Please do yourself a favor and go to another location. Many techs quit and they’re never the same people at this location.. Btw the 5 star reviews are because they give you free sessions if you leave a 5 star review which is a total scam since people aren’t finding out the truth. Erica is nice. Other than that, save your money. I don’t think they even care to do the job.
