- JWJamie Walton3 days ago5.0I’ve always loved Lush, for at least 10 years I’ve been a customer. Staff is always very nice and helpful. But today I had a 10/10 my associate Stormy was very patient, knowledgeable and kind. I stopped in just to quickly recycle my empties and maybe get a free face mask, but the shipment would not be in until Tuesday I believe so Stormy’s teammate also very kind told me about the $1 back for every pot. So I said ok great I had a $6 credit. As most all of us are struggling at the moment I asked for the cheapest thing in the store and knowing that I was not going to spend a lot of money Stormy to the time to educate me on products and let me test things. Stormy was great and so was the Associate , they were just so lovely.

All of the staff were amazing and kind, especially Jayden, who helped me pick and choose what products are the best fit for me. She was honestly the sweetest; she clearly demonstrated how to use the products I enjoyed and gave other options. She also didn’t make me feel pressured to buy anything, but with how good some of the products smelled, I took some home. Thank you to Jayden and all the staff for being the absolute best!!

They got to get messy, make a bubble bar, and try some of the products as well as take a few things home with them. Katie & Izzy were awesome. They did such a good job making sure each girl was included and had a good time.

I am a a mom of 2 and a young woman who worked there helped me find the right products for my skin as well as just spoil me with a demo that made 10 mins feel like an hour spa!
