  I recently visited a Lush store and was disappointed to observe an “ice free zone” sticker prominently displayed in the window. While I appreciate the company’s focus on handmade cosmetics, this messaging appears to prioritize political signaling over neutral customer service. Businesses should welcome all customers without endorsing divisive causes that may alienate segments of their clientele. The overt placement of such a sticker creates an unwelcoming atmosphere for those who support law enforcement. I cannot support a business that cannot support our ICE agents. I will be taking my business elsewhere until Lush demonstrates a commitment to focusing on its products rather than ideological displays. Potential customers should be aware of this before visiting.

  Jackie and Christina at Lush in The Gardens Mall were phenomenal. They listened to what we were looking for, asked great questions, and matched every product perfectly to our needs. They made the whole experience fun and effortless. They honestly made our day, and the people we picked these gifts out for are going to love them. Huge thanks to both of you—we’ll definitely be back to shop with Jackie and Christina!

  Had the best first experience today at lush, thanks to Christina!! She was very helpful, she assisted me and my friends from the moment we walked and made us feel extremely comfortable! She made the entire time we were there, an experience. I came in just to look at their message bars and left with a message bar, dusting powder, and a sugar scrub because she sold me on everything. Her product knowledge and her attitude definitely persuaded me to make a purchase today! As well as each product she showed me was amazing, the message bar leaves my skin feeling soo smooth as well as the sugar scrub, and the dusting powder smells so good and leaves my skin pretty since it is also shimmery! Will definitely be coming back to this lush!!

  I don't normally write reviews, but I had a wonderful experience at Lush last Saturday afternoon (5/23 around 1pm)! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They took the time to engage in genuine conversation, not only about the products but also about the local area and even shared recommendations for new places to check out. Their enthusiasm and personalized service made the shopping experience feel special and enjoyable. It's clear they truly care about their customers and creating a positive atmosphere. I left with an awesome bath bomb and an even better impression of the store. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

  I’ve always loved Lush, for at least 10 years I’ve been a customer. Staff is always very nice and helpful. But today I had a 10/10 my associate Stormy was very patient, knowledgeable and kind. I stopped in just to quickly recycle my empties and maybe get a free face mask, but the shipment would not be in until Tuesday I believe so Stormy’s teammate also very kind told me about the $1 back for every pot. So I said ok great I had a $6 credit. As most all of us are struggling at the moment I asked for the cheapest thing in the store and knowing that I was not going to spend a lot of money Stormy to the time to educate me on products and let me test things. Stormy was great and so was the Associate , they were just so lovely.
