  Owners response in not accurate. I have had lashes for years and do in fact care fore them etc. Lash etc wanted approx 175 a fill for lashes that barely lasted a week. So owner, whom I never met, can take exception but telling a client to buy thier own lashes at 30 dollars a pack then ask for an upcharge of 10 for the artist then another 30 upcharge for LED (because the lash adhesive they use does not work well) on top of 115 for a fill is in actuality what occurred. Every fill was a discussion to charge me more. As for staff they were in fact pleasant and accommodating most of the time they tried. But the product was just sub par. Unfortunately the quality of final results were lacking fill after fill And would not last more than a week ever. My lashes never looked as they should. As I stated I am doing nothing diff except finding a new private experiened artist that offer the std d curl. My lashes look great and are lasting 3 to 4 weeks looking great (no LED needed). You decide. One star is appropriate. For those of you that are new to lashed you should expect at least two weeks of good looking lashes with a fill. .

  I got a classic set done by Nova. My first time getting lash extensions. Such an amazing person and lash tech. Very friendly and welcoming. I got the natural look I wanted.

  An all around pleasant experience! Nova was amazing and the front desk was very flexible and patient with my questions. I highly recommend and look forward to visiting again. 10/10
