    1st time ever being to Hair Cuttery and it was a great experience. Went in for a simple wash and left feeling refreshed. Savannah was more than helpful and also brought great energy. Will definitely be going again!!

    Cut my hair more than expected, My hair was over my shoulders. Right side length doesn’t match the left side. Back is horrible, no layers or shape. I do not recommend Luvi .

    I went in for a trim. I could not have been more clear about wanting only 1.5 inches of length taken at most. I said it twice. Yet the women who cut my hair cut 5-6 inches o off the length of my hair. I am very upset about this. Plus I was told the cost includes shampoo wash & conditioner, I did not receive that. I would not recommend this place.

    I had a really great experience at the salon today with Alex. Alex made me feel super comfortable with my experience, I was struggling to take care of my own hair for a couple weeks and it honestly got to the point where it was pretty much unbearable to deal with on my own. I was pretty embarrassed, walking into the salon, knowing that my hair was super built up and pretty greasy, but Alex made me feel super comfortable and safe the whole appointment, recommending certain products for my hair to avoid buildup and even going the extra length to diffuse my thick wavy hair. I really appreciated the knowledge and the professionalism all while making me feel super relaxed for my appointment, definitely something I really needed! My hair feels so much healthier and looks great!!! Thank you so much, Alex!!
