    I will never be returning to this Hair Cuttery. I walked in with long, mostly healthy hair and walked out looking like Lord Farquaad after losing a fight with a lawn mower. I showed the stylist an inspo photo, we agreed on a specific length, and she still cut 3–4 inches ABOVE what we discussed — while my hair was wet, so once it dried it was even shorter. I told her clearly that I hate choppy, blunt layers, yet that’s exactly what she gave me. The layers were the choppiest I’ve ever seen, some pieces weren’t even layered at all and were left the full length of my hair, and the entire cut was uneven. I cried for over an hour when I got home and ultimately had to go to another salon just to have it somewhat fixed. It will take weeks to grow out the worst of the choppy pieces and months to get back to the length I wanted. I can’t even stand to look at myself in the mirror right now because of how short she left me. This was genuinely one of the worst hair experiences I’ve ever had, and I will not be back.
