  As always, a great experience with Rose. Needed a few items, Pravana ChromaSilk hair color. Must be licensed to purchase here. Called and confirmed with rose the color and quantity in stock. She fast and efficient. She's been there for quite some time. Went to pick up and she had already pulled the colors. Great store, well stocked, large selection of lines. It's the best in Orlando for cosmetologist in my opinion. The other employee is very friendly as well and they make you feel welcomed into the store. Parking is large and easy to find a place. They have great sales is a huge plus! Super helpful too.

  The friendliest people work here and it’s really a great spot, however after going in there two days ago for a product. I left and called an hour later to ask about the price on a different product (I wanted to come back and purchase it there, not ulta) she told me to get online and look. That has never been an issue, not sure why when she is at the store and was able to do a price check that she wouldn’t. She refused to and told me to get online even though I explained I was just there and wanting to come back. I couldn’t log into my app due to poor service in the store. Blown away. I can easily take my business the winter park but sad she ruined it for the entire store. It’s not that hard to do your job. Whats even more unfortunate is that I was trying to fix my hair that I already spent $800 on, so I am still baffled that when I called for a price check that she was too lazy to check. To be clear none of the usual girls were working that are helpful and wouldn’t never decline telling me the piece of a product.

  Whoever was working today was soooo not in the mood to be helpful. I called looking to see if they carried lash tweezers & the lady that answered the phone was very rude. She was like “didn’t I just speak to you? I told you we only have the tweezers in the kit Maam” I said no, this is my first time calling. I didn’t know my boss had previously called before me (her experience was very similar this lady was not helpful at all & either not knowledgeable on the products they carried or didn’t care enough to not be lazy and go look at what they had to be able to describe it) bottom line is don’t work in customer service if you have none. I manage a salon & if she worked at my front desk speaking to clients like that I would fire her like yesterday.

  Rose was the most accommodating person that I have ever met at any Salon Centric location. I was travelling to Orlando for a job, but wasn’t able to make it to the store on time. She made sure I had my color delivered to my hotel so I can have it for my client that night when I did same day delivery. 10/10 she is the best !

  Store was full of all items they offer. Lady working was super knowledgeable on different products that I needed more information on. I’m loving the k18 PH shampoo. Will be back for the detox shampoo :)
