I called looking to see if they carried lash tweezers & the lady that answered the phone was very rude. She was like “didn’t I just speak to you? I told you we only have the tweezers in the kit Maam” I said no, this is my first time calling. I didn’t know my boss had previously called before me (her experience was very similar this lady was not helpful at all & either not knowledgeable on the products they carried or didn’t care enough to not be lazy and go look at what they had to be able to describe it) bottom line is don’t work in customer service if you have none. I manage a salon & if she worked at my front desk speaking to clients like that I would fire her like yesterday.

I was travelling to Orlando for a job, but wasn’t able to make it to the store on time. She made sure I had my color delivered to my hotel so I can have it for my client that night when I did same day delivery. 10/10 she is the best !
- MLMaria & Your Hair LLCDec 23, 20254.0I shop at this store regularly; it's a good store and has good employees. Today I was very surprised. I went to buy hair dye, but I could only buy eight because the quantity was limited, so I had to choose which ones were most important. In the end, I left without shade 6N. I really don't understand it. It's a store for licensed professionals. Anyone who works with hair needs to have a certain amount of dye in stock for when clients come in, especially at this time of year. It would be good to know the reason for this limitation.
- LDLauren DDec 4, 20255.0I’ve been coming here for years. Thankful that the staff is always helpful and friendly. I come here multiple times a week usually and I’ve always had a positive experience. I’m always told about upcoming sales and classes as well! Definitely one of the friendlier stores locally.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
