  Whoever was working today was soooo not in the mood to be helpful. I called looking to see if they carried lash tweezers & the lady that answered the phone was very rude. She was like “didn’t I just speak to you? I told you we only have the tweezers in the kit Maam” I said no, this is my first time calling. I didn’t know my boss had previously called before me (her experience was very similar this lady was not helpful at all & either not knowledgeable on the products they carried or didn’t care enough to not be lazy and go look at what they had to be able to describe it) bottom line is don’t work in customer service if you have none. I manage a salon & if she worked at my front desk speaking to clients like that I would fire her like yesterday.

  Rose was the most accommodating person that I have ever met at any Salon Centric location. I was travelling to Orlando for a job, but wasn’t able to make it to the store on time. She made sure I had my color delivered to my hotel so I can have it for my client that night when I did same day delivery. 10/10 she is the best !

  I wanted to share the very poor treatment, I received at this store by the manager, Margaret F. - on 10/10/2023; When purchasing an item, she asked for my name, to complete the transaction and belittled me. My name was too long and complicated for her to pronounce (her exact words) then she went on to say "what happened to the simple and short names like before... like Margaret" I was left in shock, I could not believe what I was hearing, from an adult's mouth, it was very juvenile and humiliating, I wish no one else this experience; which is why I share mine. I was left very uncomfortable with her behavior. And so was my teenage daughter. Not only that but, when I asked a question about another product, that I noticed a price difference on and wanted to verify. She answered in a very condescending way, that all prices have gone up. Which was very unnecessary, a simple "yes, the price has went up" would've been more appropriate. I'm not sure, if she was having a bad day and maybe wanted to take her aggravation on someone, because I've never had that experience before at this store but after that encounter, after being a loyal customer for years, I unfortunately have to find another company, that has more welcoming employees, especially coming from the manager, it was very shocking that, that was her behavior as a manager, being so poor. I used to love shopping here but I refuse to go to a place, where I'm being treated less than, especially for my cultural name. That is very sensitive to most people, and being that this location is in East Orlando, this very area is a known diverse community, so I'm sure this won't be the first or last time. I hope to save someone else from experiencing this.

  i was visiting orlando on a mini vaca.Coleen was the associate working today. She was absolutely wonderful. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about all products. My visit to this store was amazing because of her. Thank u coleen.
