- MRm rodSep 28, 20224.0Are you a hairstylist? No?....don't bother coming here. I didn't know, walked in asked where the products I needed were. They have alot of products but few rollers. I put almost $200. of products with the help of the staff on the counter. Then when I'm ready to pay she asked for my account number. I said oh I don't have one but I'll apply now....oh no you have to be in the profession to buy or we get in trouble. Those are the rules. The rule should be to put a sign in front of the store "PROFESSIONAL STYLIST ONLY" so we don't waste time and become disappointed. Or mention this as we enter. Gave 4 stars for the supplies, they have classes in the back, and everyone was professional. Wish they changed the rules.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
