When I did request her help, she showed me her personal recommendations, let us feel & try the product out for ourselves. She also gave us a sample which lead me to order the products online since they weren’t available in store. She was very friendly, kind and knowledgeable. She even signed me up for the pro rewards that I had no idea about until she brought it to my attention. So shout out to Ms. Rosie! She’s the best. You can tell she loves her job.

Rosie treated us like we were dumb, and said that it wasnt her obligation to call and tell customers that an item is out of stock AFTER an item was purchased HOURS in advance. She was nasty for no reason and that is not a good look for the store. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
