  I’m really upset with the hair cut and style I left with. Even the blow dry was among the worst I have ever had. I have such an awkward length now and it’s so much shorter than when I walked in asking for a trim. Awful.

  We took my mom to Matthew Michael’s Experience for a perm and it was the best salon experience we’ve ever had. The salon is beautiful — modern, clean, bright, and very professional with excellent lighting and a relaxing atmosphere. They use high-quality Aveda products, which gave us confidence from the start. Our stylist, Michael, was a true professional. He listened carefully to exactly what my mom wanted, explained the process clearly, and delivered a perfect perm. Her hair looks fantastic — soft, bouncy, and exactly as she hoped for. The whole service was comfortable, thorough, and stress-free. The entire team was friendly and attentive. We felt well taken care of from the moment we walked in. If you need a perm or any hair service, this is the place. Highly recommend Matthew Michael’s Experience and stylist Michael — we’ll definitely be back!
