  I have been to many Lushes in America and I would have to say this one is by far the worst that I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. I don’t understand why such a big Mall would have such a closet sized store. Lush is known for sampling and smelling the scents Before purchasing, which is really hard to do when you are getting hit in the arms and elbows by other people because there’s no room to walk or explore. In addition to that, I brought two full-sized items for an exchange that were only used probably twice, and I was informed that one of them because it was a seasonal item would only be credited for half of the cost of it. They claimed it was because their seasonal items eventually discount out, which doesn’t make sense to me because during their Semi annual freshness sale they discount out posh chocolate and sticky dates which are year-round scents And anything that is close to expiration so technically, any of it could be considered a possible 50% markdown item. And if I’m speaking, frankly, if they are that worried about dishonesty, they really need to create a loyalty program or online account that can track all of your purchases that way it keeps people honest and prevents punishing the loyal customers for the behavior of those who take advantage of their policies. Needless to say, I wasn’t thrilled about being screwed out of $20 on something I paid full price for So just an FYI, I would not buy seasonal products for your friends and family because if they don’t like the scent and they return it without a receipt, they will also get screwed out of $20 or whatever 50% of what you Originally paid turns out to be. I would also suggest bringing something to cleanse your nasal pallet like coffee beans that way if you end up nose blind, and end up not realizing you hate the scent you bought you don’t get screwed out of money later on. And I wish that was my only complaint, but I bought the peach lipgloss today and after driving an hour home I opened my product to show my sister and realized there are claw or scratch marks in the product from. I’m assuming someone’s grubby Fingernails or from a mascara brush. I’ll be honest, the thought of driving in that Orlando traffic and dealing With parking and subjecting myself to the Erratic behavior That I witnessed in the parking lot this afternoon followed with being crammed in that store again I decided to choose the ladder For sanitation purposes and just threw it out Because the process of just exchanging it was going to be egregious. So I guess I’m out $35…. Thanks lush

  Love the Millenia Mall Lush! Remy was sure to give us excellent customer service and recommendations. Bought plenty of goodies that were perfect for my partner’s skin/hair type. 🌈😎

  6/16/26 7:56 pm First time in a Lush store, no greeting, no welcome. We looked around and my friend had to show me around the store and sell me on their products. Another couple walked in and got a very cheerful greeting AND help with what they were looking for. I immediately put my selections back. Won’t spend my money where I’m not wanted.
