She is exceptionally friendly while maintaining a professional demeanor. Her and all of the other staff I've encountered at this location are very knowledgeable about the products. I like to nerd out with fragrances and noticing similarities. I always learn something new every time I go in the store. So grateful for LUSH and the amazing job they do training their staff. I always feel welcomed and appreciated to shop there. Thank you!
