  I’m always nervous trying a new massage spa but Lotus Blossom put me at ease even before the massage began. The staff was professional and kind. The facility was clean and unpretentious. A relaxed, no fuss, welcoming vibe was set from the moment we walked in the door. My husband and I had a 90 minute massage. Our massage therapists were Eugene and Hector. At the end of the session we both agreed these were the best massages we’ve ever had. My husband is a big guy and usually feels like his massages are never intense enough but Eugene showed him how it’s done. He said it was magic. Hector obliterated my shoulder and neck tension and was a pure joy throughout the session. Both Eugene and Hector were top notch in skill and personality.

  This was one of the worst spa experiences we've ever had. My girlfriend specifically informed her esthetician before the facial that she has very sensitive skin. Rather than listening, she was told it was "just dehydration" and her concerns were completely dismissed. From there, the esthetician aggressively applied products and repeatedly smacked her face throughout the facial. My girlfriend actually asked her to be gentler, yet the smacking continued for the remainder of the treatment. This was a couples facial, and I could clearly hear what was happening to her. My esthetician was calm and gentle with me, making the difference impossible to ignore. Instead of leaving relaxed, my girlfriend walked out with raw, irritated skin and in tears. A facial is supposed to be soothing and tailored to the client's needs—not an experience where someone's concerns are ignored and they leave feeling physically hurt and emotionally upset. We paid for a relaxing couples experience and instead left shocked, angry, and incredibly disappointed. I would never recommend this spa based on how my girlfriend was treated.

  The back facial was a complete joke. The lady doing it didn’t cover my hair and my hair kept on getting wet. She basically just ashes my back and didn’t do anything else. She started doing what seemed like extractions which was very painful. I asked her to slow down a bit to which she responded you want it? To charge that much for not doing anything but wash my back and to use a $12 Amazon clay mask is absolutely unfair. Do yourself a favor and don’t get the back facial.. save your money!

  My daughter and I were on vacation and decided to get massages. This is a great place to go. It’s close to the convention center and the prices are much better than hotel spa prices. We both got deep tissue massages and were impressed! I had Hector as a masseuse and he did not mess around! Was very knowledgeable and committed to working out the tension in my shoulders and lower back! Highly recommend this place!
