  Lovely store with friendly staff. I bought a few products and received great service - the girl who helped me was very kind and patient. I absolutely love their hand creams, and they always have great gift ideas. Always a pleasant experience at this Disney Springs location.

  bad experience, highly frustrating, all Disney Springs stores offer Disney annual pass discount. In this store, the vendor did not allow the discount and claimed that the discount would occur above an X value. extremely inelegant and inappropriate for a L'occitane store … regrettable

  The customer service that I received at the Disney Springs L’Occitane has completely turned me away from ever using any of their products. First of all, I was a loyal online customer. I loved using their perfumes, particularly Arlesienne and my newer favorite, Tere De Lumiere. On top of that I used every product in the Immortal Divine line. My favorite shower items were the Amande shower oil and Neroli and orchid shower gel. Not to mention their amazing lotions. In addition to that I frequently enjoyed a Lavande bubble bath Bath. For make up removal I loved using the Shea cleansing oil. On top this, I was purchasing the Shea foaming cleanser and the Peony line for my teenage daughter. As you can tell I was a very happy and loyal L’Occitane customer. Was. I live close to Disney Springs so one Saturday I popped in. I didn’t need anything at the time but the employee said to keep them in mind because I can use my Disney passholder discount at her store. She asked me to consider switching to purchasing from them. The next time I was in the area for lunch, I remembered I needed some Amande shower oil. I decided to go in to the store because I had remembered what the young lady requested me to do in the future. I attempted to use my passholder discount and was shamed because my purchase was not $60. I went to get a copy of the Disney springs retailer book that stated the card could be used at L’Occitane. It did not specify any dollar amount nor does it have in writing retailer discretion. I went back to the store and talked to the manager. He said that it didn’t matter that it wasn’t in writing, they were free to use their discretion. How was I to know? I felt humiliated and pressured to increase a purchase. I ended up walking out of the store shamed and feeling under valued as a customer. Needless to say I have run out of my shower gel and as my other products diminish, I am torn. Just one experience has completely ruined my impression of this retailer and and left a bitter taste from very first experience with a face, a representative of the company I once loved. This experience has bothered me so much that I felt strongly compelled to share this. At the very least hopefully this doesn’t happen to someone else again. I wish I would have just stuck with online shopping. Amazing how powerful a customer service experience can ruin one’s opinion of a company.
