This store has always had excellent customer service and high quality products. The company tries to be socially responsible when it comes to employment practices and product testing, and they use high-quality natural ingredients. I personally use their L'Occitan aftershave and cologne, along with their soap, for years and have been very impressed compared to Caswell-Massey and other similar high-end men's products.
