  I wanted a trim and a debulk for my hair since it's summer and it's heavy having thick curly hair. Melinda did great with everything as requested but as soon as it got to my bangs, I shouldve stopped her after she did a wet cut since wet curls spring back up even shorter as opposed to cut dry. I made it clear that I wanted the bang trim to be eyebrow level but having left the salon and washed my hair myself and doing my regular routine they're far too short. Agregiously so, I have about 1 inch to my hairline where as in the before picture they were about 3 inches from my hairline and just a tad too long. Please, please dry cut your bangs going forward. Everything else was nice with the cut it feels lighter and more manageable and I spoke to a department lead about getting a partial refund but I genuinely feel ugly. I thought I could trust a POC to understand my curls but sometimes it's better done DIY I guess. For a first time customer, the experience was ok but very pricey, I'm better off cutting my own hair and I won't be returning, I'm sorry but this is bad.

  Had my service done by Odessa. She was super chatty and friendly the whole time and really created a comforting atmosphere throughout.

  I have gone to Lily 3 times now to get my nails done and she does an amazing job every time. She makes sure I like everything I am getting before continuing and changes whenever I change my mind. I definitely recommend asking for her!

  I had the best experience here! I wanted some fun cruise nails, and Lily absolutely nailed it (pun intended 😊). She took her time and made sure everything looked perfect. While I was there, I also got fairy hair added, had my eyebrows tinted, and left feeling completely refreshed. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and the whole place had such a positive vibe. The prices were very reasonable, the complimentary drinks were a nice touch, and I honestly couldn’t have been happier with how everything turned out. I’ll definitely be back!

  Here’s a polished review you can post: I had an amazing experience at KC Beauty Lounge! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. My nail tech, Maryah, did an incredible job. She was attentive to every detail, took her time to make sure everything was perfect, and my nails turned out absolutely beautiful. The salon was clean, relaxing, and had such a great atmosphere. It’s clear that Maryah takes pride in her work and truly cares about her clients. I couldn’t be happier with the results and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend KC Beauty Lounge and especially Maryah if you’re looking for gorgeous nails and exceptional service!
