  Very disappointing experience. I drove an hour to KC Beauty specifically because they advertise that they accept walk-ins. When I arrived, I was told they were no longer accepting walk-ins and they couldn’t do my nails. If you’re not actually accepting walk-ins, that should be clearly stated in your advertising so customers don’t waste their time and gas driving all the way there. I understand being busy, but after driving an hour based on what your business advertises, I expected better communication and customer service. Definitely a waste of my time and very frustrating.

  Worked with Odessa from my very first service months ago till now. 🤩 She's very thorough and is very enthusiastic about what she does! Making you "BALD" is her aim and she reassured me from the very first sugaring how much easier and quicker each session gets. Also, whenever there is a setback, she gives great advice on skincare til the next appointment. Taking that advice is key! She's amazing! The entire team is super sweet too! Highly recommend it and I tell my friends about this lounge everytime! 💖

  Evelyn was amazing! She was so sweet, gentle, and friendly from the moment I arrived. She made me feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Most importantly, she did my eyebrows exactly the way I wanted them. I'm so happy with the results and truly appreciated her attention to detail. I highly recommend Evelyn to anyone looking for beautiful eyebrows and a great experience. 😊

  Everyone was super nice but even after strictly following proper aftercare, and less than 24 hours after my lash lift and tint, my lashes turned into zig zags and started to fall out and currently today they are still falling out. I’ve done lash lift and tints in the past and my lashes never looked like zig zags and never ever fell out like this. Last time I got a lash lift and tint was about 2ish years ago and everything was fine.

  Smiling faces the second you walk in the door. A beautiful welcoming environment. I had several services with Sam and she is just the sweetest. I’m extremely happy with my results and will be making monthly appointments. Upon checking out, Mia offered me a complementary beverage and actually made me a beautiful yummy cup of coffee to go. She is so friendly and just a reminder of what a great place this is. I will be back again and again.
