    Terrible experience! I go to this place because it’s close to where I live. I have gotten a few haircuts there but did the mistake of agreeing to have Stephanie cut my hair since she was the only one available when I arrived, even though I was unimpressed with my haircut last time she did it. After I sat down in the chair she asked me how I wanted my haircut, I said not too short on the top (last time she took too much off). She then asked me how I wanted the sides. I said I believe you used a number one clipper last time. (Normally, everyone else checks the notes before they begin the haircut and takes their time with different size clippers to properly taper off the sides and blend things in). Not this lady! She mowed the sides all the way to the top in a few seconds, then took less than 1/8 of an inch off the top. She was clearly in a rush, after she had demolished my hair she asked me: What do you think? I guess it’s alright I said (I was not happy and had decided to post an online review instead of getting into how I felt). Only alright huh! She overbearingly replied. Then she asked me: Do you need a shampoo? I felt that a shampoo would be an inconvenience to her, but I really didn’t care at this point and told her I wanted her to shampoo my hair (it’s advertised as part of the signature cut and included in the price after all so why even ask). As soon as she finished the shampoo, I paid and couldn’t wait to get out of there. Needless to say, the Haircuttery is scratched off my list of places to go for a haircut!

    I have been getting my hair done by Christina for approximately 12 years since she was at the Waterfordford Lakes location, she is Amazing. I messed up my hair 😵‍💫 and needed a haircut Rush!!! Christina was not Available so I booked an appointment with Nikki ( trusting her profile picture , since she has curly hair lol) , she did my curly hair haircut this past week and OMG I loved Her!!!!! She did an incredible work I really love it!!!!!!

    The worst experience, hair left soaking wet. I had much better experience with this salon and location. Stylist was rush, rough, washed with freezing cold water and didn’t seem to care. Stylists(s):CRISTINA
