  Cristina is amazing!! She has been cutting my hair for 5+ years, is great to talk to, and always does a great job. She definitely cares about my overall hair health and keeping it maintained.

  Nikki at the Lake Nona Plaza was wonderful! She gave me exactly what I wanted a quick trim — U-shaped, long layers, with some face framing pieces. No more no less! I was nervous because of past experiences but Nikki was kind and understanding.

  Booked on the app and chose first available, feel like I won the lottery by getting Mirian! Went in to get a haircut and add bangs back to my look. I showed her some pictures and she listened to my request of keeping my overall length. I’ve had so many compliments and I love my haircut and bangs. I’ll be requesting MIRIAN every time now.

  I have never received a service this bad. I go to the Saint Cloud store every week for a hair wash. But this locations service and care for their clients was terrible. I had an older man with white hair shampoo my hair and the whole time he was making commentary on my hair and how it was damaged and whoever did it previously ruined my hair and how it hadn’t been brushed In a long time, and so on. Then they charged me double what I have paid for the past year for a wash and he was very tough and washed my hair and used his knuckles to scrub my scalp. When I left there was balls and chunks of my hair on the floor and continued to fall out after I left. When we mentioned this they said my hair was damaged so it was going to fall out. I genuinely left and cried in my car because I couldn’t believe that I went in for a simple wash and left like this. I won’t speak for the Saint Cloud branch because the girls there are amazing and have always done an amazing job but this location and staff was horrible.

  Best salon in Lake Nona! I moved around four years ago and paid hundreds ($500+ a haircut/color/style) to basically DAMAGE my hair at some of the “higher end” salons in the area. Multiple times. These salons also had great reviews, btw. I literally contemplated flying back to my old stylist because it would probably be cheaper, but I really was hopeful to find someone local. I found Hair Cuttery when I was pregnant a couple years back. I’d get deathly nauseous/sick during long showers and needed a quick and affordable wash/blow outs that would last a good week. Most of the time I’d book last minute wherever someone was available. So I tried multiple salons in the area around this time. Hair cuttery was consistently the most convenient, efficient, affordable and the blows out just looked great! And lasted forever. They were also extremely understanding regarding my adversity to scents at the time, and chose shampoos that didn’t trigger my nausea. I first went to Ruben. And after a trim, trusted him to do a cut and partial balayage. The results were fantastic! And my hair had very minimal damage. (And it was nowhere near $500) I kept trying to come back to Ruben, but he does get booked pretty quick. So if you make last minutes appt like me, he can be booked a few weeks out. But I’d def plan to do hair color with him in the future. Another time, I was seen walk-in by Lauren. And she did an amazing wash and blow out. What stood out to me most was also her kindness. I didn’t think I “needed’ a trim yet. But she basically “dusted” my dry ends quickly because I was due any minute and she didn’t want me dealing with my hair being a matted mess post partum. It was such a kind gesture and I’ll always remember her! It was such a life saver to not have to spend extra time detangling my hair with a newborn. And most recently, I saw Nikki after there was a scheduling conflict with Ruben and she was available. I desperately needed a trim, and was told she specializes in curls. I was SO hesitant to try someone new. Well, she also cut my hair phenomenally! Not sure if it was luck of the draw, but it’s rare for a salon to have so many multiple talented hair stylists!
