This was only the second time I've ever added color to my hair and she did amazing. She paid attention to details, really took her time, and really made me feel cared for! I went in right before closing, stressed and emotional because I’m a bridesmaid in a wedding tomorrow. Tiffany took the time to reassure me, calm me down, and talk me through everything while doing everything she could to fix the situation. Lisa was busy with another client but still came over to double check everything and help make sure we got the best possible result. I’m incredibly grateful for how kind, patient, and helpful they both were, and especially for charging me so little to help me out. I seriously can’t thank you both enough!

This grow out has been humbling but she mad me feel comfortable with the length getting cut off and always checked in with me.
