    I would not recommend this salon, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering getting a haircut here not to simply trust the process. I sat down, handed over my hair, and trusted the stylist. I asked for layers, but I never imagined the result would be so irregular. One side was visibly shorter than the other. During the haircut, they positioned the chair in a way that prevented me from seeing myself in the mirror until the very end. When my hair was styled, it actually looked fine, so I didn’t realize how uneven it was. It wasn’t until I got home and washed my hair the next day that I saw the real problem: one side was noticeably shorter than the other, and the layers were extremely uneven. I tried styling it myself, but the asymmetry was so obvious that I knew I needed to find another salon to fix it. At the second salon, they were genuinely surprised by the haircut and asked me who had done it. They were able to cut it into more of a bob to make it look presentable, but even now, the left side still has uneven areas that can only be fixed by waiting for the hair to grow out. I’m now dependent on styling products and different ways of wearing my hair to make the unevenness less noticeable. What started as a simple request for layers turned into having to cut my hair much shorter than I wanted and wait for it to grow back.

    Robert was amazing! Very pleasant, attentive, respectful and polite. Took notes and did exactly what I asked. I also asked his opinion about some additional highlights or change my color to platinum and he was very honest in his opinion. Did not try to sale what should not be done like other places do. Will definitely go back.
