  Rose took such wonderful care of me. She waxed my eyebrows, and massaged my eyebrow area of my face! Unbelievable! Then she washed my hair and massaged my scalp, and the base of my neck…it was amazing! Then she cut my very thin, fine hair and made me feel like I have cute hair again! Such a beautiful cut! Words cannot express how happy I am with this experience! I have found my new place❤️

  I dropped in without an appointment and was serviced almost immediately. The hair stylist I got was the one who gives free messages while washing your hair. I was great full for the message so I tipped her 10% more than usual. I tipped her 30%.

  Booked a “Signature Cut” (men’s), in the options for services. The service details are “ Every Signature Cut starts with a consultation to determine your desired look, followed by a relaxing shampoo and conditioner.” I expressed the cut I was interested in - taper fade, trimmed and thinned out on top. There was no shampoo/ conditioner service, it wasn’t even offered to me. The cut I described was done “fine” at best. Fade is uneven and more taken off the top than I wanted. The stylist who was wearing ear buds, didn’t speak to me the entire time after the brief “consultation” when I sat. I wouldn’t recommend this place or book here again.

  I visited this Hair Cuttery for the first time, after booking a last minute haircut with Shannon. She was incredible!! She took my appointment with little notice, listened to me as I explained reference photos (I was looking to take my hair from almost waist length to a long bob) and she took such care in giving me exactly what I was looking for. Her patience, kindness and attention to detail have me blown away! I’ve been getting my hair cut for almost 20 years at different places (from luxury salons to chain salons) around Orlando but Shannon, is by far, the best stylist I’ve come across. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

  I’m not saying don’t go here but just make sure to ask if the person is experienced enough to actually get a good out come. The girls are nice and tried to fix the issue. I went in for a hair cut and some highlights. I like the cut but the highlights were not what I asked for I just wanted a couple mostly in the front and she did a full head of highlights it was patchy and just didn’t look right they tried to fix it by depositing the patchy areas with the same shade of my natural color but it just didn’t came out right either. I was there for a little over 5 hours, hungry and tired, and I know they were too it was past 9pm so they were already closed so I just left and bought a black permanent color on my way back home and dyed it my self. They didn’t charge me and offered to come back the next they to let the manager fix it but to be honest I didn’t wanted anyone else touching my hair. The black looks nice the hair cut is fine I just wish I didn’t had to put my hair through that damage for nothing.
