  Very disappointed with Grove Salon Lake Nona. I forgot my appointment, and they called me only 10 minutes after. I explained that I live around the corner and could be there in 5 minutes, but they refused to take me and kept my $150 deposit. I understand being late, but I’ve waited past my appointment time for them many times. Respect for people’s time should go both ways.

  Nitcha is one of, if not the, most knowledgeable and experienced salon professional I’ve encountered. She knows so much about the craft and is willing to take the time to explain things to her clients. I always learn something new about hair whenever I go see Nitcha. She provides an exceptional experience leaving me feeling more relaxed and I am always happy with the final results. She clearly cares about her clients and her job. I could not recommend her more highly. Thank you Nitcha!

  I desperately needed a haircut and the appointment gods must have been working in my favor. It was super easy to book on the website and Nina did my hair. I always have trouble getting my hair done because my hair type is very difficult to cut. She did a fabulous job. I already scheduled another appt for a color! Thanks Nina!

  I loved this salon especially Harmony my stylist great attitude, head massages, and warm towels. I went with the cheapest option, so it was the stylist with the least experience and she perfectly recreated the haircut i used to get from a stylist with 15+ years of experience. Will be getting my hair done by her every time! Thank you Harmony!

  After months of box coloring, my hair was a hot mess. Being new to the area, I was unsure where to go. But I found the right place at Grove Salon and was scheduled with the right person, Nitcha. From the moment I walked in, the front desk was welcoming and helpful. Then, I met Nitcha, my hair stylist and magician. She was incredibly welcoming and educational. She talked to me about my preferences and discussed how to achieve the look I had in mind. Every step of the way, she explained the process and the reasoning behind the choices. Walking out of the salon, I felt like a new person. I was singing “Who’s That Lady”. My hair felt healthier than ever, and the color Nitcha had achieved was stunning. My grays and previous bad color had disappeared and my cut fit me and my lifestyle. Now, I’m left with a beautiful head of hair and a newfound confidence. I’m excited to see what the future holds for my hair with Nitcha.
