- YOYC OrlandoMay 3, 20261.0We checked in online at this location and it shows we are 6th online and wait time 63 minutes. They move very slow at this location. After 40 minutes it showed our wait time is 21 minutes then suddenly changed to 36 minutes. We decided to go the salon as it seems that the line is not moving and still showing 4 people ahead of us. We arrive at the salon and we are no longer on the online list. The manager says that after 45 minutes the system will kick us out. We had to add our name again and wait for more time hoping the people who checked in online after us do not show. This is ridiculous. We have to wait for 2 hours for dysfunctional system and salon. They should not use poor and unreliable system and this salon needs to have more honest wait time. An hour passed and still 4 people ahead of us then we are all bumped out. The manager justification that nothing she can do about it is not acceptable

I usually have women work on my hair with expected salon results, but this time I got a male stylist who gave me a long angled bob instead. Because my hair is wavy, I didn’t notice the unevenness until I straightened it later. Due to my schedule, I hurried out before I realized he didn’t apply any styling products either.
