  I had such a great experience this morning! The stylist was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She did an amazing job on my blowout my hair looks smooth, full of volume, and exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she really takes pride in her work and pays attention to every detail. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a beautiful blowout and excellent service!

  My experience was mixed, but I feel it’s important to recognize the outstanding customer service provided by the manager Lynnete. While I didn’t feel completely satisfied with services I received, as I was hoping for a more experienced and professional approach and attention to detail, the manager handled the situation with exceptional professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. She listened to my concerns, treated me with respect, and went above and beyond to make things right. Because of her five-star service and integrity, I left feeling valued and appreciated despite my disappointment with the service itself. Thank you for the excellent customer care.
