- SSSarahJun 23, 20261.0I moved down here from Upstate Nee York. My mother was a hairdresser, So I used to go to her to always bleach, my hair, the blonde highlights that I like. My hair is so difficult that I didn’t trust anybody else but her. Usually people start with 10 volume to bleach hair. Because my hair is so difficult you have to use 40 volume. I made an appointment at 1:30 in the afternoon with ” The hair fairy” (Jessica). I told her that my hair was difficult that my mom used to do it because it was so difficult and I didn’t trust anybody else. It would take so long for her to do her arthritis would act up, so she had me go to another hairdresser that she knew, knew what she was doing. Those hair appointments would take me three hours. When I was done, it would be exactly what I wanted, I would love it. I was 6 1/2 hours with Jessica Who used 10 volume, After I told her, my hair was so difficult. I was very unhappy with the end result, The fact that it was 6 1/2 hours and cost me $175. I expect my hair to be exactly what I wanted. I would never go back to her. Don’t recommend!!!!!

I have gone to other stylists at different salons over the years who didn’t cut my hair properly, and didn’t seem to care but not Patty. She listened to what I had to say and recommended what would work with my very fine thin hair. She is professional and knowledgeable and I always leave VERY happy with my haircut and experience. Patty is an absolute treasure and I look forward to being her client for many, many many years. I absolutely highly recommend Patty!!!! I wish I could give 100 stars!
