  I went here the first time and the Latin lady did a great blowout on me . Today I went for a blowout and the girl who did my hair. Did not do a blowout. my hair came out frizz right there . My hair was not done by a professional. I always do my hair myself but I decide to go because it's my birthday and wanted someone else to treat me . I just want to cry, now I have to wash my hair again and redo it . I don't know what happened. This has never happened to me .I just want to cry. I didn't say anything at the moment because I don't want to hurt anyone's feeling but my feelings are hurt . 😔. Please keep practicing and please if you can't do a great job don't do nothing at all. I wouldn't want what you did to me even if it was free . I'm sorry. But not it's my time and hair .

  Charged $45 for a blowout I specifically stated I did not want! Started blow drying without any heat protectant. I’m honestly very upset and wished I had my boyfriend cut my hair instead. If a manager could contact me about a partial refund, I’d be very grateful. Editing from 1 start to 3 as Pam was very helpful in assisting with a partial refund.

  Pam is a scammer. Wanting to charge my wife an extra fee because her hair is longer when this is listed no where on your website or in store. Shady employees like this adding "fees" that are magically non-existent elsewhere. Just avoid this place.

  I have been a customer at this Hair Cuttery since December 2025, and from my very first visit, I’ve been fortunate enough to have only one stylist: Denise. And honestly, I wouldn’t have it any other way! From the moment I walk through the door, through the shampoo and conditioning, and finally into her chair, Denise makes the entire experience feel exceptional. She is professional, personable, attentive, and truly an extraordinary stylist. She has a way of making you feel comfortable and cared for while delivering a haircut and style that leaves you — and your head — looking and feeling so much better than when you walked in! Denise is only at the salon part-time, on Mondays and Wednesdays, so my advice is simple: book early and book often! Once you find a stylist this good, you don't take chances. 😄 What I appreciate most is that even though she has other clients, Denise always makes you feel like you’re her one and only customer. She takes pride in what she does, listens to what you want, and consistently delivers. If you’re looking for a stylist who combines talent, professionalism, and genuine care for her clients, Denise is a must-have in your personal grooming arsenal! I highly recommend her — just don't book up all her appointments before I can get mine! 😂

  I am SO happy I found Gina again! She used to do my hair years ago, and by pure chance I ran into her at Publix. Talk about perfect timing! I had recently had a really bad experience with another stylist and my color desperately needed to be fixed. Gina worked her magic and completely turned it around. She listened to what I wanted, knew exactly what needed to be done, and I absolutely love my hair again. Finding her again was such a happy coincidence, and I’m so excited to have her doing my hair again. I’ve already been telling all the ladies in Heritage Springs where she is now! ❤️ If you’re looking for someone who really knows color and knows how to FIX color when it goes wrong, go see Gina. I’m so glad I found her again!
