I came into Head to Toe Spa with a very tight back, neck and shoulders and have had massage services from both Jessica and Michael, if you want true deep tissue and trigger point type massage, this is the place to go!

Awful experience. They made us wait an entire hour past our appointment time because they were “short-staffed.” I am very understanding, but it would have been appropriate for the business to call and reschedule us rather than have us show up on time and wait a full hour. We are here on vacation, and there was absolutely no consideration for our time. On top of that, while we were half-naked on the table receiving our massages, they had another guest walk through our room to enter the adjoining room. How does this business think it is appropriate for other clients to see guests practically naked in the middle of their massages? Staff were also going in and out of the room while we were changing and during our massages. There was absolutely no consideration for our privacy. The massage itself was fine, but the masseuse asked every two minutes if what he was doing was “okay,” which gave me the impression that he wasn’t confident in what he was doing. At the end, the masseuse, who did not speak fluent English, asked, “Tip?” which is absurd. Businesses should understand that tips are generated based on the quality of service. When we tried explaining the terrible customer service we experienced, he was confused and simply asked us to leave a review.
