  Horrible experience. My appointment was cancelled twice, once because I arrived 10 minutes after receiving 2 different appointments times via text. Front desk told me, I was too late (10mins) for my introductory session even though my appointment laser hair removal was 30 mins later… After rescheduling, I arrived for my second appointment early and was told that appointment was cancelled because provider was out. I never received a call or text and drove to the spa spending my time and money for nothing. Very frustrated, poor customer service.

  I made my first injections at the beginning of May, the provider on the time told me that I need to call back on May 14 if I want to add any more units. I feel like I needed more units and I called them on May 14 and the office manager or receptionist told me that I need to come on June 3, that’s the only available time they have. Well, I came on June 3 to put more units however they told me now it’s too late to do any adjustments and the charge me full price, not as a member. The nurse practitioner name was Nikki, when she came to the room, she didn’t even introduce herself. She showed me attitude instead of introducing herself she told me what’s the problem. She told me it’s too late to do any adjustments. In my opinion it was not professional. Not coming to this place again and I won’t recommend anybody to come.

  The girls at the front are nice. I did a consultation. Came back a month later and got some Botox. I was told to call within 48 hours if I had any concerns. I did and was told to wait 10 days to see results. I called to report that my wrinkles around my eyes looked the same. They told me you waited too long to schedule a follow up visit. The provider was only available 1 day 45 minutes away from my house so I asked to see anyone available who can see me. Came in and was told to pay another $160 to treat the area that I had already paid for. The manager ASHLEY was rude, condescending and lacked people skills. Told me it was my fault I waited so long even though I spoke to her a week after treatment on the phone while attempting to schedule the follow up! I walked out frustrated with all the wrinkles untreated because she was not willing to do anything else other than you have to pay again! $650 bucks wasted! Go somewhere else the price looks cheap but it will cost and the manager doesn’t care to listen or accommodate you! Period!!!!!
